Welcome to Lakeshore ENT
History & Mission
The goal of this website is to provide our patients and referring physicians with information about the training, background and subspecialty interests of our staff and the scope of care they can anticipate at Lakeshore Ear, Nose, and Throat Center, P.C.
Lakeshore ENT was founded in 1969. Since then we have grown into an organization of sixteen practicing surgeons and over 25 Master-degree and Doctorate-trained speech-language pathologists and audiologists.
Our mission statement reflects our ultimate goal:
To provide excellence at all levels for our patients, associated with compassionate, professional and cost-effective care.
Physicians at Lakeshore ENT deliver treatment for common problems within our specialty, but because of subspecialty expertise which has been acquired with additional training beyond our residencies, we are able to deliver comprehensive care on the cutting edge in all areas of ear, nose and throat, head & neck surgery, and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Some of our specialists have been recognized nationally and locally in Southeast Michigan as leaders in their disciplinary fields. They have been mentioned in Detroit Monthly and Hour Detroit Magazine. I invite you to review each of our physicians’ areas of interest, training and professional background.
This website will also provide you with information on some basic ENT diagnoses and procedures, as well as lead you to links to other sites where you can obtain more detailed symptom and treatment protocols.
From all of us at Lakeshore ENT, thank you for your trust and confidence.

There are many ways you can lose or damage your hearing, but there are only two types of actual hearing loss: sensory and physical. It’s possible for one person to have both types, and it helps to learn the differences in treating your hearing loss.
Ringing in your ears rarely indicates a health problem, but it can be an annoying symptom, as well as one that often accompanies hearing loss. There are a number of ways to treat, eliminate, or mask the phantom sounds you hear.
