Michelle Elhosni-Zmyslowski, MD

Michelle Elhosni-Zmyslowski, MD is a board-certified allergist and immunologist providing patient-centered care at the Lakeshore Allergy and Asthma Center in Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights. Dr. Elhosni-Zmyslowski treats patients of all ages and is triple certified by the American Boards of Allergy and Immunology, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.

As a native Michigander, Dr. Elhosni-Zmyslowski is proud to serve her local community. She received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Wayne State University, where she also completed medical school. Dr. Elhosni-Zmyslowski went on to complete dual residencies in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Detroit Medical Center. Following residency, Dr. Elhosni-Zmyslowski completed her Allergy and Immunology fellowship at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Elhosni-Zmyslowski provides comprehensive allergy evaluation and treatment, including administration of allergy immunotherapy and biologics at both Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights locations. She specializes in the treatment of environmental allergies, rhinosinusitis, atopic dermatitis, hives, angioedema, anaphylaxis, food allergies, eosinophilic esophagitis, and asthma. She is also trained in the evaluation of immune deficiencies, including common variable immunodeficiency.

Dr. Elhosni-Zmyslowski is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI) and American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI). She has also been recognized by the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Elhosni-Zmyslowski believes healthcare should be a collaboration between the physician and patient and strives to provide evidence-based care while continuing to educate and empower her patients.
